The public sector comprises the largest number of state-owned enterprises and local authorities. Sa agreements on public sector enterprises will be concluded under the South Australian Fair Work Act 1994. The South Australian Modern Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2017 (SAMPSEAS) was officially approved by the South Australian Employment Employment Tribunal (SAET) on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. This date now becomes the official start of the new payroll contract, with the terms of the agreement that will apply from 31 January 2018 and salary increases dating back to October 2017.
